The client is seeking a digital solution for their event with the aim to break the Malaysia Book of Record for the most number of signatures collected at a single event. With an estimated 8000 attendees, a traditional backdrop signature signing approach is not feasible due to the difficulty in calculating the quantity and the high cost associated with building a large-sized backdrop.

Therefore, our client is looking for a digital solution to enable attendees to sign digitally, which can be tracked and counted easily.

Solution

To address the client's requirement of breaking the Malaysia Book of Record for the most number of signatures collected at a single event, we developed a customized signature signing system. This solution enables attendees to sign digitally using their mobile devices and displays their signatures instantly on the LED screen.
